  3. All unsold comics will be returned to the above named publisher on request at no charge to the publisher.
  4. Should smallzone cease operations all unsold copies will be returned to the above named publisher.
  5. Smallzone reserves the right to return any unsold copies at any time without payment to the above named publisher for unsold copies.
  6. All monies from comics sold will be sent to the above named publisher on a quarterly basis, (minimum payment: 25.00, any payments below twenty five pounds will roll over to the next quarter) in the form of a cheque or money order ( international money orders to publishers outside the UK will be charged 8.00 pounds, but Pay Pal transfers are free) made payable to (name that cheque should be made out to, or email address if using Pay Pal):

  7. Copyright of the affor mentioned publication and all the characters within it remain with the publisher or the credited creator within the publication.
  8. While smallzone is distributing and promoting the above publication, smallzone reserves the right to use any featured artwork or characters to promote and market that publication only, and will not use any of that artwork or characters for any reason other than to promote or market the above publication without written permission from the above named publisher.
  9. Smallzone reserves the right to alter the agreed commission only 1 month after the above named publisher has agreed to do so, either in writing or by email.
